Paula Patton
Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. In her early years she was a dreamer. Her best-known roles include the crime thriller Precious along with Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. As a young girl her mother raised her in a Los Angeles middle-class household. The idea of instilling a love for films within her daughter was something she was taught by her mother, she also enjoyed watching films. Paula took part in school co-curricular events, and was particularly interested in drama. Paula loved playing the role of an actor alongside her peers and was a participant in her school's stage productions. She was a part of numerous shows at high school. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to pursue acting as a profession. At a summer camp at the University of Southern California, she was a complete joy. She received a three-month task to create documentaries for PBS. Following the successful completion of the assignment, she began becoming an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. She then began to create documentaries. Though she enjoyed working in the field, she desired to be an actress. In the romantic comedy Hitch she played a minor role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she has appeared in a variety of films and TV shows.
